As some of you know I have made a recent change in my business plan for 2008. I have talked to many of you and I truly appreciate your sincere comments about your Real Estate business and your companies! When looking for Charlottesville Real Estate many people turn to the web and RE/MAX is also a leader on the internet.
NOTICE: I have joined RE/MAX Assured Properties!
RE/MAX Assured Properties is independently owned and part of the RE/MAX franchise. They are highly respected and some of the finest agents in our area. This is one of the main reasons I joined RE/MAX, but there are others.
RE/MAX is a company that is recognized worldwide and the Real Estate business is becoming a global business. This is a good move if you expect business from other areas of the country and the world.
RE/MAX offers it's agents incredible training and opportunities. Any agent (worth their weight in salt) keeps up with education and trends. This is critical for any agent working with buyers and/or sellers.
I am glad to be associated with such a fine group of agents and I look forward to the many challenges ahead in the new year!
So Effective immediately, I now work with the professional agents who can boast that:
"Nobody Sells more Real Estate than RE/MAX"
Charlottesville Cardiovascular Associates
The medical resources in Charlottesville are outstanding. One resource to know about is the Charlottesville Cardiovascular Associates
I have a friend and neighbor who is on staff here and I recommend them highly. Many times people wait until it is to late to seek help. Visit this site, read about the Diagnostic Services and consider a checkup!
We want you to enjoy the quality of life that Charlottesville has to offer and one way to do that is to be heart smart!
All the best to you and yours!
Your friend in Charlottesville Virginia,
Charles McDonald
Charlottesville City Streetcars?
Already a strong proponent of mass transit, the city of Charlottesville is trying to decide if the timing is right to add streetcar service for local residents.
Can the city and taxpayers afford the $70 million price tag?
Where would the service run?
City leaders are beginning to get some answers to help decide if this is a good idea or not, with early details in a new report to City Council.
reprinted from "The Daily Progress"
I personally love the idea, not sure if the costs will be justified but it will be interesting to see. Going to the council meetings is very interesting. I like to see how a city governs itself.

Sidewalks of Old Trail
Walking down the sidewalks in Old Trail, Crozet Virginia is a treat. It is like taking a step back in time when kids are riding bikes and people actually go outside to see and visit with neighbors.
Look at this home and the surrounding areas. There are blue skys and of course the Blue Ridge Mountains. Makes you want to take a walk!
This home just went under contract today. Someone saw the value and beauty of the area... Do you?
Come visit anytime and we will take a walk together!
